MISSION
Being a survivor of Domestic Violence, I’ve always wanted to help others feel safe. Working out helped me feel empowered and strong. I no longer was that weak person my ex molded me to become. My son, James, was excited about working out too. He was also a victim. I’m dedicating my website to my amazing son, James Harrison (11/4/99 - 3/10/23) who recently passed away. James and I were going to open up a gym together. When I open up OUR gym, my son’s photo will greet all who enter.
